Hello!

Maayan Torah Day School is a Jewish Private School and we are looking for creative, caring, nuturing, early childhood educators who are willing to learn and grow with us!

I need someone is willing to work with infants and can handle the beautiful chaous that goes with that.

This position would be a mix between infant room support and then floating throughout other Early Childhood classrooms. We have infants to five years old. In January I will need a full time infant teacher so in January this would be subject to turn into solely an infant room position if desired. As a licensed facility, we require our teachers to have specific certifications. These are easy to obtain online, except for CPR & First Aid, which requires in-person training.

Requirements upon hire:

-Enrollment in the Criminal History Registry (Apply online at https://oregonearlylearning.com/providers-educators/providers-educatorscbr/)

-Food Handler’s Card

-Infant/Toddler CPR and first aid

-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect Class

-Introduction to Health and Safety Class

-Safe Sleep for Infants and Toddlers class

-Prevention is Better Than Treatment class

-Foundations for Learning
