[job_card.job_description]Support customers with hands-on technical expertise—both remotely and on-site. Conduct welding demos and develop robotic welding processes for real-world applications. Document, refine, and share best practices through training, manuals, and videos. Partner with sales to validate applications and ensure seamless integration. Relay customer insights to engineering and product development for continuous improvement. Attend trade shows, showcasing advanced robotic welding technology. Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles. Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius knowledge is a plus). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel domestically for customer support and training. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification / associate degree preferred.

As a Welding Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge between innovation and application—helping customers unlock the full potential of collaborative robotic welding systems. Your work will go beyond programming or production; you’ll be the go-to expert customers trust to bring automation to life.
Every day, you’ll blend hands-on problem-solving with creative engineering, ensuring our cutting-edge robotic systems deliver unmatched precision, consistency, and quality. You’ll collaborate across teams—sales, R&D, and service—to improve performance, elevate customer experience, and influence how the next generation of welding automation is designed.
This is a full-time, onsite role with a growing organization in Indianapolis, IN that requires travel annually.
