MBA or CPA is a plus Financial analysis experience in pricing analysis, cost analysis, profitability analysis, budget analysis, and / or treasury analysis Strong Excel skills including the ability to use pivot tables and advanced formulas. Other Microsoft application experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key partners
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations Team. This role will have the opportunity to support critical decisions as well as identify and establish process improvements. A successful candidate will be able to see the big picture while also focusing on detailed data. Additionally, success in the role will come from a desire to learn and grow as part of a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage time independently as well as part of a larger team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide business partner support and guidance to various business functions, including :
- Providing financial guidance to department heads
- Supporting annual business plan and budget
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards, departmental summary reports, and Key performance indicator report.
- Preparing product and project margin analysis
- Designing, analyzing, calculating, and submitting incentive payments
- Supporting monthly closing
- Support companywide strategic initiatives through strategic thinking, planning and analysis
- Support strategic system initiatives
- Provide support to other ad hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
Compensation will Range from 70,000- 95,000k + Benefits and Bonus!
