Are you a tech-savvy project leader who loves turning operational challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions? Our Retail Service Operations team is looking for a Services Operations Program Manager to drive technology-enabled improvements across our retail network.
If you enjoy optimizing processes, leading cross-functional workstreams, and using data + tools to create better customer and employee experiences—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead tech-focused Retail Service Operations projects (systems upgrades, reporting enhancements, new retail workflows)
- Build project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using PMO tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, automations)
- Drive portfolio health with clear reporting, risk management, and executive visibility
- Coach teams on project methodology and tool best practices
- Implement scalable processes and enhance digital project management capabilities
- Support change management and drive continuous improvement across retail operations
