ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a world-class cutlery and cookware company, is looking for part time Key Holder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion! Foodservice, cooking experience a plus! Mandarin, Korean, Spanish bi-lingual speakers desired. Previous Key Holder or Supervisory experience ideal but not mandatory. Professional development available to passionate individuals.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Shift leadership responsibilities
• Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
• Ensure outstanding and consistent customer service
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards
• Execute product demonstrations and special events
• Maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
