System Technical Lead

A company is looking for a System Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements

Track new technologies to enhance performance or reduce costs for RF systems

Oversee technical development on NRE activities with multi-discipline teams

Required Qualifications :

BS in Electrical Engineering with 12 years of RF-based design experience, or MS / Ph.D. with 8 years in DoD / DoW industry

Strong technical background in military / defense system development and radar / communications systems

Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance

U.S. Citizenship required
