A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer payouts and document incoming issues for further investigation
Perform KYC verification and resolve escalated tickets from the customer support team
Monitor compliance of casino games and maintain detailed compliance records
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Tagalog, Spanish, or French are preferred
Ability to work flexible hours outside of a typical 9-5 schedule
Experience with compliance controls and customer verification processes
Comfortable with modern online communication tools and working in a decentralized team
Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
