Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support Oracle Cerner pharmacy medication cabinets, Inventory Management and POI (Pharmacy Order Imaging)
• Participate in build and support of Oracle Cerner eRx, EPCS, rx printing and PDMP for acute and ambulatory locations
• Work daily with Pharmacy team to coordinate any support and build efforts
• Other duties may include provider provisioning build and maintenance as assigned
• Supporting Medical Staff related applications such as QGenda (provider on call schedules) and Cactus (provider credentialing)
• Execute project and change tasks as assigned
• Manage support tickets and tracking while adhering to the organizations timeline for resolution
• Provide education and recommendations of application functionality
• Make recommendations to build on and improve application technologies across all campuses
• Offer solutions to standardize processes among the departments across the enterprise
• Collaborate with other team members to meet critical timelines and dates
• Support application upgrades and testing
• Support other ancillary applications as needed

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1.. Degree in Nursing, Business, Systems, or related field or Five (5) years healthcare financial or clinical experience

2.Two (2) years healthcare financial, clinical systems, or training experience (with . Degree)

3.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1.Five (5) plus years healthcare financial or clinical systems experience (with . Degree)

2.Experience in Project Management

3.Knowledge of McKesson applications

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• Oracle Cerner Pharmacy application knowledge
• Oracle Cerner HNA and Bedrock knowledge
