At Redemption Plus, our sales team helps entertainment venues increase revenue through smarter merchandising and prize programs.
The BDR role is the front line of our growth engine.
You'll connect with business owners, start meaningful conversations, and create opportunities that turn into long-term partnerships.
If you enjoy winning conversations, opening doors, and building pipeline, this role is for you.
Your core responsibility is starting conversations with new customers.
Daily activities include:
Making outbound calls to entertainment venues across the U.S.
Sending personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying owners and operators for potential partnerships
Booking meetings for our Account Executives
Managing activity and pipeline inside Salesforce
Typical activity targets:
6080 outbound calls per day
40+ emails per day
812 qualified meetings per week
Within your first 6 months you will:
Consistently book qualified meetings for the sales team
Build a strong pipeline of entertainment venue prospects
Become fluent in the family entertainment industry
You'll do well in this role if you are:
Confident speaking with business owners
Highly organized and disciplined with activity
Competitive and motivated by performance goals
Curious about business and revenue strategy
12 years of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
