Job Responsibilities : Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate speech therapy into the classroom. Provide direct and indirect therapy services, including one-on-one and group sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Educate and train teachers and families on strategies to support communication development. Qualifications & Requirements : Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Connecticut state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working in a school setting is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
