Role : Testing Automation Engineer (Tosca)

Location : Hybrid (Tampa,FL) or Fully Remote (EST)

Duration : FTE / Direct Hire Opportunity

Rate : 115k-125k

Must Have :

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on Salesforce testing.
• Hands‑on Tosca automation experience is a must have requirement.
• Automation framework design, TDS, and test management expertise.
• Hands‑on experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Components, Flows, Validation Rules, APIs).
• Ability to analyze requirements, build robust test cases, and identify edge cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.

General summary :

The QA / Testing Automation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrated systems. This role focuses on building and executing automated and manual test cases, leveraging Tricentis Tosca for end‑to‑end test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience creating testing automation scripts, validating Salesforce functionality, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and proactively identifying defects and improvement opportunities throughout the development lifecycle. This role will be the subject matter expert for Tosca, and test automation best practices.
