Home Comfort Advisor -

This individual is a proven sales contributor with great energy and initiative to build a territory, drive sales cycles and close business. This role formulates and executes a strategy to maximize business growth. In this position, the Home Comfort Advisor will work cross-functionally with other team members, therefore cross-company engagement and collaboration is essential. This is a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results and is responsible for generating revenue for his/her assigned territory and meeting or exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in the Residential HVAC Industry is an advantage.
• Desire to succeed and grow within the company.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use company-furnished technology products
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance

Compensation

Hourly plus a generous Commission rates!
