Role Overview

You'll take ownership of a broad tax portfolio, guide complex engagements, and serve as a strategic advisor to high-net-worth individuals and business clients. This position requires strong technical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee complex tax returns-individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift
• Lead tax planning and advisory work for high-net-worth clients
• Conduct tax research and present clear recommendations to clients and internal leadership
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service across all engagements
• Draft and review responses to federal and state tax authority notices
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
