Multifamily PV Designer

A company is looking for a Multifamily PV Designer to create solar photovoltaic system designs for multifamily residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Designs multifamily / commercial PV systems to maximize production and reduce installation costs

Manages third-party consultants and coordinates with engineering and utility groups for project facilitation

Collaborates with various teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years residential PV design experience, including 1 year of commercial PV design experience

NABCEP certification preferred

Superior knowledge of AutoCAD, NEC, IBC, and applicable fire codes

In-depth understanding of interconnection methods and utility variance protocols
