About the role : You have an opportunity to join an exciting greenfield project at the heart of our business as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, where your work will have a direct and lasting impact. You'll help build a modern technology stack from the ground up for a hybrid insurance carrier, tackling complex, large-scale data challenges and shaping foundational systems that will support years of growth. You'll have the chance to become a domain expert and contribute to Hippo's business-critical, fast-growing insurtech venture. You'll collaborate with an experienced team, influence architecture decisions, and play a key role in preparing the platform for dynamic, long-term growth.

What will you do?

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple domains to drive meaningful projects from concept to delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable software solutions that power critical parts of the business.
• Actively shape our software architecture, bringing your ideas and expertise into technical discussions.
• Work closely with product managers and QA engineers to ensure we deliver software of the highest quality.
• Balance maintaining existing systems with developing new features, ensuring stability while pushing innovation.
