[job_card.job_description]2+ years experience as a Rad tech required 1+ years traveler experience ARRT with RCIS required CVTs with RCIS considered (3) 12 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts Some call required but no weekend or holiday worked shifts In a 13-week contract, expect 1-3 weeknights total and possibly 1 weekend (not guaranteed) ARRT with RCIS certification required 2+ years experience as Radiology Technician 1+ years traveler experience (3) 12 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts Some call required No weekend or holiday worked shifts In 13-week contract, expect 1-3 weeknights total and possibly 1 weekend (not guaranteed) BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted) Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification required within 30 days of start date N95 Fit Test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date required Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date required MGB Criminal Background Check and Massachusetts CORI required Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required 2 recent references required MGB Skills Checklist required for submission MGB Confirmation of Assignment / POI Form required Education Verification required MGB SSN Trace required MGB National Sex Offender Check required MGB Exclusion Checks required TB Screening Form if positive PPD required
