Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known CPA and Consulting firm in the Loudoun area that is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a 3–4-month contract opportunity. Responsibilities :
Manage the full cycle of tax document distribution, including coordinating the mailing of tax return organizers and engagement letters.
Generate, format, and accurately process a range of essential reports and correspondence.
Fulfill electronic file requests and manage secure data transfers.
Systematically organize and manage client documentation across physical and electronic platforms.
Ensure timely and accurate processing, scanning, and digital / physical filing of all tax return documents.
Execute the processing of E-filing for tax returns and extensions, adhering to all regulatory deadlines.
Provide logistical support for meeting coordination and scheduling.
Facilitate essential client communication to uphold efficiency and meet service expectations.
Coordinate the distribution of quarterly tax estimates provided by Client Service Liaisons.
Capture and relay client feedback and specific requests to drive continuous improvements in the client experience.
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
Provide versatile operational support by completing additional assigned duties to ensure firm-wide client and operational success.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college (preferred).
Five (5) years of directly relevant experience in an administrative or professional setting (preferred).
Demonstrated strong computer literacy, with expert proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Uphold an unwavering dedication to integrity, teamwork, innovation, and client service.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for professional client and team interaction.
