[job_card.job_description]Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols within the location. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for an aerospace and defense environment. Communicate with site personnel and emergency responders to relay important information and coordinate responses when necessary. Document all security-related activities, incidents, and visitor information accurately and in a timely manner. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and maintain a visible presence. Follow all site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client management. Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Possess a valid armed guard card or license. Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. This is an armed and driving post. Your presence and communication skills will help provide exceptional customer service while you coordinate responses and maintain visibility, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.
