Property Administrator The Property Administrator supports daily operations for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring consistent service delivery to tenants, vendors, and internal teams. This role provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the property management staff, including responsibility for processing accounts payable and maintaining accurate records. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $20 and $22 / hr. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, service requests, and general communication needs.
• Support property managers with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and oversight of day ? to ? day building operations.
• Coordinate vendor activities, including issuing work orders, tracking completion, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Process accounts payable, including coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely submission for payment.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for leases, contracts, certificates of insurance, and property documents.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting by gathering data, updating spreadsheets, and verifying accuracy of information.
• Monitor and update tenant and vendor information within property management software.
• Support preparation of budgets, capital project documentation, and annual reconciliation packages.
• Track utility usage, service contract renewals, and key property dates to ensure timely action.
• Participate in property inspections, tenant walk ? throughs, and preparation of meeting materials as needed.
