Support Development Engineer

A company is looking for a Support Development Engineer to assist the Engineering department as it scales.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify root causes of technical issues and respond to production issues

Configure programs and data flows between the company and its partners, and build dashboards for data insights

Debug reported issues, contribute bug-fix PRs, and maintain Python scripts for data migrations and process improvements

Required Qualifications :

Experience with debugging issues using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Sentry, or Datadog

Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python

Familiarity with Fullstack web development and the AWS ecosystem

Understanding of code versioning concepts and experience with tools like git

Experience working with 3rd Party APIs using Postman
