Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success.
• Work closely with sales agents to support clients in locating their ideal homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' home search criteria.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
• Attend weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines.
• Participate in team events in alignment with established team standards.
• Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
• Document all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
