Compensation : $30 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care with dental providers to ensure a seamless treatment process
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage to promote informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with dental team members to optimize patient care outcomes and satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage dental office inventory, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations

Qualifications :

  • Experience in coordinating patient appointments and managing follow-up care to ensure a smooth treatment process
  • Ability to educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage with clarity and empathy
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with dental team members to enhance patient care outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor and manage dental office inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently
  • Exceptional communication skills to guide patients through their dental journey with compassion and understanding
  • Familiarity with dental software systems and tools to streamline office operations and patient management
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks to meet patient and team needs
