Location : NCC, Kent, Sussex County

Status : Full-Time - 40 hours

Schedule : M-F 8a-4p with on-call responsibilities

About the Role :

The Program Director leads daily operations of a behavioral health residential program, ensuring high‑quality services, regulatory compliance, strong staff development, and alignment with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise staff; hire, train, and manage performance.
• Ensure person‑centered, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based service delivery.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, consumer funds, billing, and financial compliance.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and funder requirements.
• Use data / metrics to monitor program outcomes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, QA, and leadership.
• Represent the program at internal / external meetings.
