Job Description

The BDC Representative at Milea Auto Group will be responsible for effectively managing and converting leads into sales opportunities. They will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive sales and meet targets

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
