Behavior Technician / Behavioral Health Technician

Thousand Oaks, CA

$21-$26 per hour | Paid Training | Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement | Growth Opportunities

Whether you're new to ABA or have experience in psychology, behavioral health, or mental health, we provide comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and clear career pathways to help you grow.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1 : 1 behavioral intervention to children in home, school, and community settings.
  • Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
  • Collect and record behavioral data using company tools and technology.
  • Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to implement treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

    • Training & Development

  • 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including hands-on shadowing).
  • Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision from clinical leaders.
  • Fully supported RBT certification process.
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership pathways.

    • Schedule & Locations

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Thousand Oaks and the surrounding areas.
  • Typical schedules include school-day hours (8am-3pm) and / or weekday afternoons (2-7pm).
  • Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

    • Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • A passion for helping children and families succeed!
