Senior Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to oversee multiple complex cloud projects and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and resolution of issues and roadblocks

Identify and mitigate delivery risks, providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Build and maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with sales throughout project delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the technology industry managing full lifecycle projects

At least 3 years of hands-on Agile experience, ideally as a Scrum Master

Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

Experience in customer-facing consulting or delivering technology services projects

Familiarity with cloud technologies and a technical background in software development or engineering
