Experience : Previous experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales is required. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client-Focused : Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations. Team Player : Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the team. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and other communication tools.

The base pay for this role is $44,000 with expected first year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000+
