Role and responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced On-site Support Lead (with willingness to travel to PRL&I if required). The primary role is to provide leadership and hands-on technical support in the .NET technology stack, with strong expertise in , MVC, C, SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
The candidate should have proven experience in leading a support team, driving operational stability, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet yearly goals of reducing incidents and service requests. In addition to support, the role involves participation in change management, minor enhancements, and continuous service improvements.
Key objectives for this role include :
- Leading the support team to ensure stability and reliability of applications.
- Driving incident reduction and proactive problem management.
- Supporting change management and delivery of minor enhancements.
- Improving Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) through process improvements and automation.
- Contributing to support process optimization, innovation, and value-add initiatives.
