• Ensure efficient workflow in the shop, from check-in to vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer information
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff members

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive service management or related field
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computerized repair and maintenance software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Certification from an accredited automotive service program is a plus
