Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and sales roles, from intake to offer acceptance
Proactively source talent and drive candidate pipeline generation across various functions
Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate data in ATS platforms
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven success in high-volume recruitment, preferably in insurance or sales environments
Experience with corporate function recruiting (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing)
Proficiency in ATS platforms, preferably Ashby or Fountain
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
