Programming Operations Manager

The Programming Operations Manager will support the day-to-day tracking and reporting of short and long-term initiatives spanning the Programming organization, partner closely with cross-functional partners, and prepare executive presentation materials. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong sense of collaboration and diplomacy. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Programming Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Project manage the Programming team’s initiatives including planning, milestone tracking and reporting, stakeholder coordination, and issue management. Track day-to-day changes and maintain a regular cadence for reporting and internal communications.
• Assist in developing presentations by collecting the necessary inputs from key stakeholders and creating the decks.
• Coordinate and facilitate team meetings including agenda setting, guest coordination, notes taking, follow-ups and next steps.
• Cultivate a strong network (formal and informal) of leaders both within the DTC Streaming segment and across TWDC.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests.

Basic Qualifications :

The hiring range for this position in Glendale CA, is $94,200 to 126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
