Light Industrial Associates – All Shifts Available

Pay Rate : $16.50 – $20.00 per hour

We are seeking reliable and motivated Light Industrial Associates to join our growing team! Positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. These roles offer hands-on experience in a variety of departments, including production, assembly, shipping / receiving, and machine operation.

Responsibilities :

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Perform shipping and receiving duties

Operate machinery and production equipment

Assemble products and ensure quality standards are met

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications :

Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing settings preferred

Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work

Forklift experience a plus (training available for the right candidates)

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good job longevity and consistent work history

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Shift Availability :

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
