We have opened the Canyon Ranch Club in Fort Worth, Texas and we are hiring Female Locker Room Attendants in to build our team. Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE

• Operations: Attend to member/guest needs by ensuring that all supplies are available, facilities are kept clean and organized, and are in safe working conditions at all times. This includes duties such as: Issuing lockers to members/guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring that members/guests are familiar with the locker room amenities; Introducing members/guests to opposite gender Massage Therapists; Ensuring that all members/guests who are waiting for massages in the waiting area have been greeted by their massage therapist; Ensuring that fresh fruit is available in the locker room and that the beverage bar is stocked and tidy; Offering drinks to members/guests while they are in the spa lounge and/or whirlpools.
• Safety: Ensures member/guest safety through observation and instruction on the proper use of the facilities and assists members/guests as needed or requested (i.e. steam room, inhalation room, sauna, whirlpools, etc.).
• Cleanliness: Monitors whirlpools, sauna, steam rooms as well as general areas throughout the locker room and notifies the manager/maintenance when facilities need servicing. Adheres to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. Maintains order and cleanliness in the spa lobby area.
• Inventory: Stocks towels throughout the Spa, salon, member lounge and other areas.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate needs of members and provide 5 star service
• Self-starter who takes the initiative and works well as part of a team
• High School Dipoloma or GED
• Experience in membership based model or luxury spa preferred
• Availability to work mid-shift coverage and availability on weekends (10-6p)
