Conflicts Attorney

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze conflict reports for new business and potential hires, communicating results and escalating unusual situations as necessary

Draft consent letters as requested by firm attorneys

Collaborate with the Business Intake Department to manage ethical walls and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in at least one jurisdiction

Experience with conflicts of interest analysis or related risk management initiatives

Familiarity with Intapp Open is preferred

Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines

Solid analytical skills and sound judgment regarding conflict of interest rules
