What Youll Do

As a Network Engineer, youll help monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple client environments. Youll gain hands-on experience working with firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and security technologies while learning from experienced engineers in a dynamic healthcare IT setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor network performance and availability; identify and resolve connectivity or latency issues.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect client environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide Tier 12 technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in troubleshooting network events using best practices and tools such as Auvik, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Help implement network segmentation (VLANs, DHCP, DNS) and ensure stability through proactive maintenance.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives..
