Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests for IT technical services in a call center environment
Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve information system problems
Maintain records and prepare reports as required while demonstrating professionalism and sensitivity to customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proficient in French
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in technical support or education in IT
Familiarity with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, and various software applications
