Shift: (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $20/hr.) (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM | $20.50/hr.) Monday - Friday + Occasional weekends

What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong

• 1+ years of experience in auditing and inventory control
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in a chill refrigerated warehouse environment (with temperatures as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit)
• Be detailed oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making quick, informed decisions with limited information
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to get involved across all aspects of the process

On the Floor, Every Shift
Break down, audit, and reassemble outbound pallets before load dispatch. Identify, document, and report picking errors during the audit process. Correct errors to ensure 100% pallet accuracy. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring inventory issues. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system reports. Assist with moving outbound pallets and warehouse inventory as needed. Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and issue resolution. May lead, guide, or train team members performing related work. Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers (cherry picker), sit-down, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
