We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Process orders and ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Stay informed about company policies and updates to provide consistent support.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting individual performance goals.
