A company is looking for an Equity Program Specialist to provide operational support for employee equity transactions and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage equity documentation and transaction processing, including sending and tracking DocuSign envelopes and verifying equity details
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless equity administration
Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans and maintain educational materials on equity plan terms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in equity administration, HR operations, or compensation preferred
Experience with Workday, DocuSign, and equity platforms is a plus
Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word mail merge
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
