Dining Resource Manager

MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Resource Manager to be based out of our Ridgeland MS office. As the Resource Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the District Managers across multiple MMI Dining Systems accounts. Responsibilities will include ensuring the promotion of the “guest first” concept to achieve superior service and maximizing profits.

The Resource Manager plays an important role by assisting the District Managers in maintaining the high standards of quality in our accounts’ food and beverage operations in numerous ways including assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures; inspecting operations and assisting in the management coverage of operations when needed. Other duties include assisting with new account openings, menu development, and handling display cooking for property theme days.

If you have at least five (5) years of experience in food service; strong culinary experience is a MUST, a good understanding of inventory control, food sanitation, health and safety regulation, strong people skills, is able to do the required traveling to various accounts and extended time out of town when required and work a flexible schedule, this could be the job for you.
