Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support. Responsibilities Your own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accounts Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers Tracking and documenting relevant activities Agent's Receive High percentage splits (uncapped commissions) Back office support Access to a qualified leads database Access to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions Customized CRM Benefits available Requirements Experienced freight broker Established and portable book of business Entrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis Company Overview Tallgrass Freight Company is a full-service logistics solution provider since 2012 with operations throughout the United States.
