A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Residential Lending.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, organize, and review documents for mortgage loan applications

Prepare complete and paperless loan files for underwriting and closing

Provide professional service to customers, mortgage loan originators, and underwriters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

Six months to one year of related experience and / or training

Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office

Ability to review personal and business tax returns

Strong organizational and time management skills
