As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will :

  • Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors.
  • Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve program hurdles.
  • Lead training and develop activities, tools, and routines that enable Advisor Trainee productivity.
  • Offer personal involvement with ADP participants requiring heightened support to achieve success.
  • Reinforce compliance, supervision, and risk?management support of ADP participants and their activities for market leadership.
  • Lead ??? pipeline?management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution.
  • Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships strategy and accountability.
  • Support leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal?setting, incentive, and recognition mechanisms.
  • Maintain accountability for market results while ensuring strict consistency with national programs.
  • Coach and develop Advisor Trainees, building relationships across the franchise and advising on strategic business drivers.
  • Support sales management in executing sales force growth plans and effective Advisor recruiting strategies.
  • Administer superior sales supervision practices in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, recruit, and retain an effective sales and operations team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship?building, and business?partnering skills.
  • Interact effectively with senior management and across organizational boundaries.
  • Exhibit strong influencing, leadership, and business judgment.
  • Be self?motivated, proactive opcode and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Drive integration across solutions and deliver superior sales management.
  • Build trusted relationships with key partners / clients and act as a change agent in a fast?paced environment.
  • Communicate strategic business plans and tactical sales goals clearly at all levels.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry experience with a leading firm.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading, managing, and coaching a sales team.
  • Series?7 &?66 required; Series?9 &?10 or combination of 4,?24,?53 required. If Series?9 &?10 not currently held, must be obtained within 120 days.
  • Travel required; varies by geography.
