As a Regional Recruiter you will:

• Work with a high volume of candidates

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing virtual interviews

• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer on request of the hiring manager

• Manage onboarding and new hire process

• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

• Recruiting to retain and attract better quality talent to decrease turnover and increase retention

• Strategize with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs for each role

• Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify talent

• Train and develop hiring managers on recruiting best practices

• Manage background check and drug testing process and results

• Periodically create and send reports

What we're looking for in you:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve

• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable making decisions independently

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Demonstrated history of attention to detail

• Able to plan tasks, organize responsibilities

• Successful completion of recruiter training period
