Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble medical record documentation / charts for physicians
Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information
Perform clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Desktop / Laptop with at least i3 / Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
Webcam, noise-canceling headset, and 30Mbps internet speed or above
Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
