Summary:
We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Bartenders who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to beverage recipe adherence and guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences
• Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests
• Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected
• Always maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants
• Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building
• Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdiction’s guidelines

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Ability to fully adhere to beverage recipes in fast-paced, high-stress situations
• Free-Pour skills are a MUST!
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions
• Passion for learning and applying that knowledge in your work

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
