A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to oversee operational functions and provide strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify strategic direction and create scalable processes for the Business Operations Team
Manage communication between stakeholders, team leads, and senior leadership while overseeing strategic initiatives
Provide leadership and mentoring to the operations team and ensure achievement of budget and performance targets
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) required; business or real estate preferred
5+ years of people management experience
Exposure to project and process management
Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment and staff development
Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, and budgeting software
