Customer Service Representative

About the Role :

Our client in Irvine is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain accurate and organized customer records within the company’s CRM or database.

Process orders, returns, and account updates while ensuring data accuracy.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounting, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Communicate updates on order status, billing, and shipment details.

Support process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications :

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (office or call center environment preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM or ERP experience a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in professional services, manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare environments.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
