Senior Graphic DesignerThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company in the cloud-based software industry!Reporting to the Director of Design, the Senior Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s visual identity and elevating our brand, by collaborating closely across the Marketing organization to develop impactful work that delivers strong business outcomes. They are responsible for driving fresh ideas, concepts, and design aligned with the brand, by thoughtfully and strategically acting as a design lead for digital campaigns, website design content and email marketing, event signage and collateral, swag, and more.They partner with Brand Strategists, Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to interpret and deliver upon strategic creative briefs for complex and large projects, determining the best design approach for achieving results.
Responsibilities:

• Act autonomously as a design lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancingbusiness needs with technical and creative constraints
• Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs, evaluating and proposing multiple concepts and creative approaches inline with business needs, iterate creative execution inline with stakeholder feedback, and drive delivery of final creative assets
• Succinctly and professionally present work, logic, and feedback openly to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other internal organizations, explaining changing priorities and using compelling arguments to convey conclusions and ideas.
• Anticipate, flag, and propose solutions to avoid potential bottlenecks and roadblocks, and communicate project status with Project Managers regularly
• Manage and strategically iterate creative approaches, continually elevating personal creative bar and output, and driving elevated creative bar of the team. Actively identify areas for improvement across the team’s output, and develop tools to bring the team's body of work up to high-bar.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of visual design experience in an in-house creative studio or agency
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing a high standard for typography and visual design
• Strong conceptual abilities and a talent for storytelling
• Technical motion design skills would be advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey design intent, advocate for their work, and suggest alternative ideas to peers and senior leadership
• Software Skills: Adobe, Figma
• Nice to Have Software: Adobe After Effects, Asana
• Ability to work 30 hours per week expectation (some weeks will be able to go to 40 hours, however no guarantees) - will not drop below 30 hours

Pay Rate:$73.33/hour
