Licensed Triage Counselor

A company is looking for a Triage Counselor I to provide telephonic and chat support to participants in a Federal Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

Provide participant intake triage and consultation, including crisis intervention services and resource linkage

Deliver education regarding EAP benefits and may provide non-medical counseling to eligible participants

Maintain documentation and adhere to contract requirements while demonstrating flexibility in job duties and schedule

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field

Independent level licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC)

2+ years of clinical experience post-degree

Experience in solution-focused counseling and crisis intervention

Proficient in using technology applications and managing documentation requirements
